Man Quest will be an incredible weekend event; a catalyst to transform men’s hearts and move them closer to Jesus! Man Quest will feature inspiring and thought-provoking speakers with spirited and moving worship. Expect a weekend filled with authentic, meaningful conversations and great times with like-minded men. Our goal for the weekend is to truly set every man’s heart on fire and prepare them to plug back into their daily lives with fresh eyes and a renewed desire to follow Jesus consistently.
At Man Quest there will be plenty to eat, lots of fun to be had, and several free time activities to choose from including archery tag, axe throwing, fly fishing lessons, and blacksmithing.
The theme for this weekend is “Oriented.” Does your heart and your life reflect proper orientation with the true purpose of your existence? Does the compass needle of your heart point toward Jesus? Are you oriented on the path Jesus has for you, and properly navigated to follow it?
Speakers for the weekend will be Brian Jenkins, Scott Pollock, Ernie Frey, and Dave Shannon. Music will be led by Bryce Moore and Tanner Bishop and a full band.
Check in will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday April 11th.
First session begins at 7:00 pm Friday.
Final Session ends Sunday the 13th at 9:30 am, in time for all dudes to make it to service at their home churches.
Event Fee $275
Fly Fishing Lessons $25 (optional)
Blacksmithing $25 (optional)
Full and partial scholarships are available for any dudes having the desire to go but not the funds. We want every single willing warrior to be there! Just call Dave at 281-300-3342.
Fly Fishing will be taught by Aaron Orr, one of the leading instructors in Texas. Blacksmithing will be led by Billy Salyers, the 2020 winner of History channel’s Forged in Fire bladesmith competition.

Our Events
Among men, meaningful relationships are often built shoulder-to-shoulder, not face-to-face. This is why men’s events are such a big part of Man Stuff Ministry. We have several regular events that occur multiple times a year, along with a few big annual events — and we’re always looking for ways to create new ones or partner up with local churches and men’s groups. Suffice it to say that any time you stop by, there will likely be an event coming up within a month or two — so join us for the next one!
Man Skills
Man Skills is a monthly event that takes place at Blackwood Sporting Co in Conroe, TX. The event includes dinner and a message, and features a different guest each month to teach everyone that month's "Man Skill." It's a great event for fathers and sons as well as individual men.
Annual Dove Hunt
Our yearly Dove Hunt event is always great fun, where men and their sons can experience one of the most popular Texas male-bonding activities -- shooting doves -- in a Christ-centered weekend. Lodging, hunting fees, and plenty of great food are all included, and each evening features a message and live music for entertainment.
Wild At Heart
A 4-day weekend event centered around the Wild at Heart series by John Eldredge and bolstered by group discussions and deep conversions, where men journey together in discovering and embracing their authentic masculinity.
Scrums
Man Stuff Ministry’s version of men’s Bible study groups. A unique and invaluable space for men to connect with God, each other, and their purpose. These gatherings provide a platform for spiritual growth, accountability, and community.
Man Quest
A Friday evening to Sunday morning weekend event with inspirational live speakers, live music, small group discussions, and great activities for everyone to have some fun during free time on Saturday.
